The current research areas include the infectious disease, metabolic disease, autoimmune disease and the relationship between the tumor immunotherapy and infectious diseases. The long-term goal of these researches is to develop new technology concerned with human health for early screening and diagnosis of tumors.
Since 2009, he has presided over or participated in many national and ministerial and provincial-level scientific research projects and talent program projects, and has published more than 50 papers in top international academic journals such as Nature and Science.

With eight years of experience in human microbiome research, a number of research results have been published in mainstream SCI journals such as FEMS Microbiology Ecology, Current Microbiology, BMC Microbiology, etc.
